This is an easy to make but delicious cake that anyone can make. It's great as dessert or just served with tea or a cup of coffee...yummy...

Ingredients
1 packet of butter or vanilla cake mix
1/2 cup of light sour cream
22 Arnott's Chocolate Chip Cookies, crushed coarsely
15 Arnott's Chocolate Chip Cookies, crushed finely
100g butter, melted
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
Confectioner's Sugar for decoration
Method
Pre-heat oven to 200°C.
Grease a large square cake pan.
Prepare the cake mix as directed by package instructions and then gradually stir in the sour cream for an even mixture. Then fold in the 22 crushed cookies.
In a seperate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients.
Pour the cake mixture into the prepared pan and spread the above mixture evenly on top.
Bake for 40-45 mins or until cooked.
When cooled, sift confectioner's sugar on top to finish, if desired.
