Handy Hint
After slice has chilled, the condensed milk filling tends to soften the biscuit base, making it easy to cut and it tastes delicious.

Ingredients
1 pack Arnott's Scotch Finger Biscuits
1 tin sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 carton fresh cream
1 tin passionfruit pulp or fresh passionfruit(2-3)
Method
Line a square 20cm x 20cm cake tin with foil. Place a layer of Arnott's Scotch Finger biscuits in tin.
Place tin of sweetened condensed milk in a bowl, add lemon juice and mix together. Pour over biscuit base and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Whip up cream and spread over slice when chilled, then drizzle passionfruit over, cut into squares and serve.
