In November 2007, Arnott’s was awarded the Minister’s Award for Outstanding Workplace Flexibility through Job Design at the Equal Opportunity for Woman in the Workplace Agency (EOWA)Business Achievement Awards. The Awards highlight Australia’s business leaders and organisations at the forefront of driving change for a more equitable workplace.

Arnott’s received the award for putting in place a number of successful flexible working arrangements to assist women at all levels of the organisation.

The award highlights Arnott’s passion and dedication to actively recognising and advancing female employees and striving to be a great workplace for women.
